The location was favourable, just next door to everything, Old town, bus station, and restaurants, 5 to the bus station and the central bus station and shopping center Abi Qarshia. Some of the staff members were pleasant and great.

Some people working there were quite uninterested.

The rooms here have a nice terrace, and the bathroom even has a jacuzzi. 😊 There's a wide range of goodies available for breakfast. The location is close enough to the main bus terminal, as well as the Old town, bus station, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible.

Great location for exploring the city, just a short walk from the bus station and the city center. The beds were clean and comfy with good linen. The breakfast menu had options to choose from, including eggs and toast, great coffee, and a lovely waiter.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station and close to shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with Traditional Albanian pancakes made just for me.

The staff is very attentive and the service is top-notch. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the big balcony where I could sit outside and relax. The location is convenient, with the hotel just across the street from the main bus station, making it easy to access. Additionally, it is not far from the old town, which is filled with charming restaurants, shops, and bars.

Near bus station, clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it is just opposite the bus station and we didn't have to walk far with our luggage. The rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with modern facilities. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning in a nearby cafe with a variety of menu options. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who always greeted us with a smile and assisted us whenever we needed something.

Nothing to fault.

We had a great stay at the hotel, with a perfect location near everything we wanted to explore. The beds were clean and comfy, and the linens were exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the housekeeper, Mrs. Violeta, who went above and beyond to take care of our room every day, even when we left it messy. The breakfast, prepared by Mrs. Deniza and Ms. Skender, was delicious and they truly had golden hands. The waiters, Lavdrim and Clirim, were always helpful and made great coffee. They helped us with a smile and never showed any signs of boredom. the staff was perfect and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We are definitely taking Lavdrim's motto "Problem me kto trit" to heart. If you want a hotel that feels like a home away from home, this is the perfect choice. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, as it was really close to the bus station, making it convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to upgrade my room and provide free parking. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, especially the Traditional Albanian pancakes made just for me. great value for money!

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The room I stayed in was clean, warm, and cozy, providing a comfortable environment during my business trip. the hotel's central location made it very convenient to explore the main attractions of the city.

That the room I stayed in was quite small, with just enough space for a bed and wardrobe. This made it a bit cramped, especially when trying to access the wardrobe.
